Karen Weber, OTR/L, CHT Karen has worked in Rockford since 1992. She received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from UW-Madison in 1975. In 1991, Karen became the first Certified Hand Therapist in Rockford. She has extensive experience in treating elbow, wrist and hand injuries including cumulative trauma and traumatic injuries. She has worked in both the acute care setting and in a work hardening program, specializing in the treatment of work realted injuries. Continuing education has included treatment of elbow, wrist and hand tendon and peripheral nerve injuries, cumulative trauma, wound care, modalities, splinting, and ergonomics. She well exceeds the yearly-required number of continuing education hours. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), Wisconsin Chapter of ASHT, American Occupational Therapy Association, and the Illinois Occupational Therapy Association.
Leah Crull OTR/L, CHT Leah has worked in Rockford since 1985. She received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas in 1985. In 1999, Leah became a Certified Hand Therapist and has been actively involved in the development of upper extremity therapy programs. She has extensive experience in treating shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries including cumulative trauma, rotator cuff injuries, peripheral nerve injuries, and pain disorders. Continuing education has included cumulative trauma, soft tissue dysfunction, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (CRPS), rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, peripheral nerve injuries, splints and modalities. She well exceeds the yearly-required number of continuing education hours. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), Wisconsin Chapter of ASHT, and the Illinois Occupational Therapy Association.
